Hello, I’m Bernadette. My husband Charlie and I have been welcoming visitors for over ten years. We love meeting people from all around the world, many of whom have become firm friends.

I am a school teacher at a small rural school and in my spare time enjoy walking so I can advise on the best routes to suit the changing seasons.

Charlie is a stone mason and has carried out all of the renovation work to the barn and surrounding buildings. He is also a farmer and can accompany you on farm walks with a little bit of local history/storytelling en route.
